Operations Supervisor
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team in Swansea.
Working hours
40 hours per week.
Shift pattern
Monday 02.00-10.30, Tuesday to Friday 01.30-10.00 (30 minute break).
Salary
£16.57 per hour, premia paid for hours worked from 19.00-22.00 and 22.00-06.00.
What You Will Be Doing
* Supervising a team of operatives and drivers
* Ensuring all team members are motivated, treated fairly and consistently
* Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets
* Educating your team on business goals and service objectives
* Ensuring team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift
What Do You Bring With You
* Experience managing a shift and team in a busy freight processing environment is desirable
* Ability to manage own and teams' time effectively with attention to detail
* Energetic and enthusiastic
* Strong customer focus
* Good communication skills
