Aztrum is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established architectural practice based in Coventry. My client is looking to appoint a creative Senior Technologist who will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the practice.
Key Responsibilities for this Senior Technologist role:
Lead and manage projects through RIBA Stages 4 and 5
Coordinate technical design and construction documentation
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout the build process
Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
Contribute to project planning and delivery within deadlines and budgets
Collaborate with the wider team across all sitesRequirements for this Senior Technologist role:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural practice
Proven ability to run jobs independently, particularly at technical stages
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
Excellent communication and coordination skills
