Responsibilities
As a Credit Controller, you will...
1. Check credit reports on existing and potential accounts
2. Ensure all overdue aged debt balances are reviewed and regularly corresponded to
3. Liaise with customers to resolve credit control queries and to ensure timely payment
4. Regularly chase overdue accounts via telephone, email and letter
Requirements
As a Credit Controller, you will need...
5. Educated to AAT or equivalent
6. Previous experience in credit control or a similar accounts receivable position
7. Good Excel and ERP system skills
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. A proactive and organised mindset, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
