Base Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
OTE: £45,000 - £50,000

Job Responsibilities
* Carrying out professional market appraisals and property valuations
* Building strong relationships with sellers
* Converting valuations into high-quality instructions
* Managing your diary effectively to maximise productivity
* Working closely with the Office Manager to follow up on opportunities
* Creating compelling property listings and descriptions
* Producing 3D tours and promotional videos
* Identifying and generating new business opportunities
* Representing the brand professionally at all times
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in residential valuations/listings (essential)
* Strong local knowledge of Leicestershire
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A high standard of presentation and attention to detail
* A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
