Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire

Shift Patterns: Day and Night shifts available (with overtime as needed) 6am – 3pm and 3pm – midnight (rotating shift pattern)
Pay Rate: £12.57 per hour for Production Operatives and £13.62ph per hour with a FLT license

Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you’ll be a key player on our assembly line, ensuring that wheels and tyres are assembled to the highest standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where precision, safety, and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble tyre and wheel components according to work instructions
* Conduct visual inspections of rims, tyres, and valves
* Perform basic quality checks and testing procedures
* Operate hand tools and production machinery safely
* Monitor the production process and report any issues to supervisors
* Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
* Crosstrain across various positions on the assembly line
* Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned
* Screw on RDC valves and manually assemble weights
* Ensure only faultless wheels are stored and shipped
Requirements
* Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred
* Ability to read, write, and understand English
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Physically fit – able to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
* Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime, including weekends
* Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
* Courter Balance FLT experience
