WHAT’S THE JOB?
Seeking someone to bring shape to chaos and clarity to creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows, ready to roll up sleeves and get involved.
This is a senior role in our growing agency. You’ll ensure projects run smoothly, on time, on budget, and without issues.
You’ll manage operations: resource allocation, system and workflow creation, budget management, and team coordination. Work closely with leadership, set expectations, and unblock obstacles.
You’ll also be hands-on, managing daily standups, updating timelines, and coordinating freelancers. Client-facing duties include managing timelines, scopes, and approvals. Experience with a network of reliable freelancers is a plus.
This role offers a chance to significantly influence our workflow and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and strategic studio operations.
* Develop systems, workflows, and tools to enhance efficiency and quality.
* Lead resource planning and capacity forecasting.
* Build and optimize delivery pipelines from briefing to wrap-up.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Handle escalations and problem-solving.
* Collaborate with clients and creative leads to deliver excellent work.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support pitches with operational insights and cost estimates.
* Maintain transparent communication about delivery and resourcing.
* Align client expectations with creative capacity.
* Onboard new clients.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Foster ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
* Identify and attract top talent.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Monitor studio performance metrics.
* Contribute to business planning and growth strategies.
* Support pitches and client discussions with operational insights.
