Why This Role is Exciting
This is your chance to be part of something from the ground up. You won’t just be filling a role, you’ll be helping design workflows, set clinical standards, and influence the culture of the practice.
You’ll get:
1. Full-time hours (around 40 per week, Monday–Friday 9am–7pm)
2. Saturday work on a fair 1 in 2 rota (9am–5pm)
3. No out-of-hours shifts
4. Flexibility to discuss part-time options

About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon who:
17. Is RCVS-registered with 2+ years’ experience in small animal practice
18. Confident with routine medical and surgical procedures
19. Communicates well with clients and colleagues
20. Enjoys working as part of a team but is comfortable with occasional sole charge
21. Is interested in developing a clinical interest area with certificates fully supported
