Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop business opportunities with new and existing customers.
· Work collaboratively across the business to ensure we are engaging in relevant conversations with key
accounts.
· Align strategic client management plans in collaboration with the Bids & Tendering Department.
· Work closely with the Bids Department to manage ongoing pipeline of opportunities.
· Manage and develop growth strategies to support ongoing engagement with customers, potential leads and
progress with contract negotiations.
· Oversee and implement CRM system to monitor and improve customer engagement, increase productivity and
efficiency to support in the sales process and improve relationships with clients.
· Undertake regular client/supplier relationship reviews to gather feedback and opportunities for improvement.
· Planning and implementation of lead generating marketing campaigns in line with business activities.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to develop individual client-targeted marketing strategies.
· Identify and monitor competitors, researching market conditions.
· Identify emerging markets and develop strategies to maximise early penetration, capitalising upon
opportunities.
