Partnerships Executive Hayes, Hybrid We are seeking a proactive and driven Partnerships Executive to join our rapidly scaling Partnerships team. This role is crucial for supporting the wider Partnerships team (inclusive of 2 Partnerships Managers and a Head of Partnerships). You will ensure your portfolio of referral partners are engaged, trained, and successfully referring their clients to us. You will be instrumental in managing day-to-day partner relationships with a portfolio of our smaller partners, driving their performance, and contributing directly to the company’s growth. Alongside this, you will support the team with a selection of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage partners to ensure they are actively promoting The Electric Car Scheme and hitting referral targets. Schedule and lead regular partner check-in calls to review performance, address queries, and introduce new initiatives. Assist Partnerships Managers in the qualification and smooth onboarding of new referral partners. Support in the delivery training sessions to partners' client-facing teams, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently discuss EV and charging salary sacrifice. Ensure all partners have access to the latest marketing materials, pricing, and scheme updates. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of introducer partners (e.g. SME focused employee benefits consultants, HR platforms, IFAs) and our web based affiliate partners. Maintain accurate records of all partner activities, communications, and referral pipelines within our CRM system (Pipedrive). Monitor and track partnership performance metrics, assisting in the generation and sharing of monthly or quarterly commission reports. Contribute ideas to marketing activities, including co-branded webinars, case studies, internal communications, and newsletters. Identify opportunities to enhance the partner journey and improve activation rates. About you: 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, marketing, business development, or partnerships support role. Proven ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, commercial environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in conducting external training sessions or presentations. Organised and detail-orientated. A passion for sustainability, electric vehicles, and our Net Zero mission. Experience working within the employee benefits, HR tech, or FinTech sectors would be advantageous. Understanding of salary sacrifice or lease/finance products would be beneficial.
