OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Plater/Fabricator for our client located in Scunthorpe. This is a workshop based role for a minimum of 2 months.Job purpose:To carry out fabrication / plating and associated activities in accordance with line management instructionsKey responsibilities and accountabilities:Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the Instructions and Documentation, relevant Quality Standards, Risk Assessment, Safety Method Statement and other relevant specificationsInterpret engineering drawings and other documents as requiredSelect tools, equipment and supplies needed for the welding they have been assigned toCompleting activities as required following proper practices and appropriate fabrication proceduresUsing safety equipment in various places as requiredWorking as part of the crew or team to complete the project within the timeline indicated by the supervisor or line managerAttending trainings and classes to keep up to date on the latest technology and techniquesFollow the Company health, safety and environmental proceduresAny other reasonable duties as decided by the supervisor or line managerTPBN1_UKTJ
