What You’ll Be Doing
·
Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes with
consistency and care
·
Learning from and supporting the Head Chef and
Sous Chef to build your culinary skills
·
Maintaining excellent hygiene and health &
safety standards
·
Help mentor and train junior kitchen team
members
·
Keeping the kitchen organised, efficient, and
stocked
·
Taking pride in presentation and ensuring every
plate looks and tastes amazing
·
Working as part of a passionate team to deliver
top-notch dining experiences
What We’re Looking For
