Warehouse Yard Operative
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Raunds, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay rate: £12.77 per hour

Day-to-day duties: As a Warehouse Yard Operative, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
* Assist Production - Loading material into machinery
* Loading and unloading vehicles safely
* Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
* Keep yard area tidy and safe
* Following health and safety guidelines at all times
* Working outside in all the weather conditions.
Essential skills: To be successful as a Warehouse Yard Operative, you will need:
* A basic level of English (spoken and written)
* Reliability and punctuality
* Good communication skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* A positive and proactive attitude
* Willingness to work outside, in all conditions.
Desirable experience:
* Previous yard experience (advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided)
Training: Full training will be provided, with additional support throughout.
