Who we are looking for An Operations Engineering Delivery Manager who will provide project management capability across a range of our internal and third party applications, systems and solutions. The Operations Engineering department consists of teams that build, maintain and utilise systems to operate the customer facing platform. This includes maintenance, monitoring and incident management for the Company's website, and deployment of platform software and provisioning of assets to the estate. You will deliver new and improved products, services and technical capability, as well as implementing, integrating and maintaining our existing portfolio of projects, whilst supporting the Transformation Programme Manager. Providing visibility on the roadmap and the interdependencies within the roadmap. Creating, maintaining and executing delivery plans for internally delivered work, including milestone plans, issues, risk, dependency and change management required for successful delivery. Engaging with teams early in the delivery lifecycle to allow them to plan for upcoming work appropriately. Providing up to date and accurate project projections. Being a point of escalation against which issues, concerns or improvements can be raised and managed.
