Responsibilities
* This is a varied role, working within the accounts team, to support with the admin processes of the department.
* Handover of all utilities to client
* Post
* Analyse and approve invoices
* Reconcile and Investigate any discrepancies on prices with site
* Ad hoc projects with finance department
* Set up of utility spreadsheet for each contract ’s.
* Dealing with utility queries on a day-to-day basis.
* Process service bills in accordance with site readings.
