A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its specialist Property Litigation team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected team acting across the full range of commercial property litigation matters. The firm advises experienced commercial landlords, retail occupiers, SMEs, developers and landowners, delivering clear, strategic and commercially focused advice tailored to the needs of each client's business.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a broad and high-quality caseload of commercial property litigation matters, including:
Landlord and Tenant Disputes
Breach of covenant
Dilapidations (interim and terminal)
Forfeiture and applications for relief
Operation of break clauses
Lease renewals and opposition under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
Property management issues
Rent review disputes
Rent and service charge disputes
Property Disputes
Access claims, including applications under the Access to Neighbouring Land Act 1992
Boundary and adverse possession claims
Easements
Enforcement and termination of statutory agreements (including s38, s278, s106 and s104 agreements)
Restrictive covenants
Rights of light
Public and private rights of way
Claims against squatters and trespassers
Telecommunications disputes
Title cleanse services for acquisition and development projects, including insuring title defects and tribunal applications
Contractual and Professional Negligence Disputes
Breach of contract claims
Enforcement and contractual interpretation issues
Mortgage possession claims
Misrepresentation and mistake
Penalty clauses
Professional negligence claims against solicitors, surveyors, valuers and agents
Rectification claims
