About The Role
Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, the Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring the highest service standards of cleaning are delivered in the home to provide a clean, safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Salary
£12.21 per hour.
Shift Pattern
37.5 hours per week, worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.

Monmouth Close, Ipswich, England, IP2 8RS.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Ensure that cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with the cleaning schedule, ensuring the highest standard of personal presentation and hygiene are maintained.
* Ensure all health and safety requirements are being met and that infection control policies and universal precautions are followed at all times.
* To actively engage with residents in conversation and meaningful occupation related to their lifestyle choices at a level and pace that values the individual and respects their dignity and communication differences.
Training, Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.
* A passion for care – we’re looking for a genuinely caring individual who will put the needs of our residents first.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as high attention to detail.
