We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Highways Term Maintenance Contract in West Sussex, based out of Chichester.
Works include planned, reactive and routine maintenance and schemes on highway and street lighting assets.
Responsible for managing and coordinating teams of both directly employed and subcontract labour and staff. To ensure that operational and financial targets and deadlines are met and that the general works and the scheme works are implemented in accordance with the contract requirements.

* Well-developed management techniques
* Excellent time management skills
* Good Highways Maintenance or Civils site experience
* Computer literacy
