Job Description: Candidate required: Scaffolder Job Type: Temporary Start date : Immediate Industry: Building and Construction Location: Horsham, West Sussex Rate of Pay*: £170 - £175 Per Day Level of experience, qualifications & related training*: Part 2 CISRS Card Only Duration required: Ongoing Job description: Scaffolder required for a for a highly regarded regional developer that specialises in residential projects. ITS Building people are looking for an experienced and hardworking Scaffolder to assist our client with a project based in Horsham, West Sussex. Own transport is preferred. There may be an option to work overtime on the weekends at a higher rate. Daily responsibilities will include: Erect and dismantle temporary metal scaffolding on structures and building sites Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with regulations Reading and working from scaffolding drawings and plans Inspecting completed work for safety & compliance Working efficiently as part of a site team Unloading scaffolding equipment on-site Laying planks for workers Fixing guard rails and safety netting Requirements for the role: Must have 2 Scaffolders CISRS card Own Tools Ability to work at height The ability to perform physical manual labour You should have your own high vis jacket or vest, gloves and hard hat. These can be provided by ITS Building People for a small fee. Own tools not required Training/Progression opportunities: There may be opportunities to acquire additional qualifications with this role on Health and Safety, machinery and traffic management *Rates of Pay: Where a range of rate of pay is quoted the level of experience, qualifications & related training required is the minimum required in order to qualify for the lowest rate of pay quoted.
