Temporary Receptionist
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hourly Rate: £13.15ph
Duration/hours: Monday 30th March - Friday 10th April 8am-6pm
As our Temporary Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our client's organisation! Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm smile
2. Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
3. Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised calendar
4. Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service
5. Supporting administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
6. Previous experience in the motor trade or as a service advisor
7. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
8. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
10. Proficient in using office software and systems
