My client, a leading online retailer is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and progress within a great company.
During peak period (October-December) you will be required to work 3 late shifts during the week, there is flexibility with start times on these days, and you will be paid a shift premium.
The Role Scope
To provide support and HR advice to departments and assist with the HR function for the Company.

1. Recruitment and selection including advertising; attending recruitment fairs; interview; selection
2. Changes to terms and conditions
3. Confirmation of probationary periods
4. Advising on discipline and grievance issues and ensuring correct procedures are followed
5. Providing advice on staff consultation
6. Keep up to date on all legislation and ensure relevant policy changes are implemented
7. Absence management
8. Assisting with the annual staff survey
9. Assisting with the security access system
10. Overseeing staff inductions
11. Overseeing the prevention of illegal workers
12. Managing the protection of young workers
