Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (7+ PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (7+ years’ PQE) to join a highly regarded Land & Property team within a well-established, private client-focused firm.
This is a senior role offering exposure to high-quality, varied commercial property work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
* Development options and land sales
* Planning agreements
* Acquisitions and disposals
* Commercial leases
* Retail, office, industrial, hotel, pub and restaurant transactions
You will work closely with colleagues across tax, succession planning, business law, family law, employment and litigation to deliver fully integrated, strategic advice to a loyal and diverse client base including entrepreneurs, landowners and high-net-worth individuals.
About You
* 7+ years’ PQE with strong commercial property experience
* Technically strong with sound practical judgement
* Commercially aware and confident managing complex matters with minimal supervision
* A collaborative team player who values long-term client relationships
* Discreet, empathetic and relationship-driven in your approach
