Grounds Maintenance Team Leader – Mold
Location
Mold, Wales
Salary & Hours
£13.50 – £14.00 per hour (+ overtime paid at x1.5 for weekends); temporary to permanent; shift pattern Monday to Friday 07:15 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities
* Grass cutting and lawn care
* Shrub bed maintenance
* Shrub and hedge pruning
* Weed control and herbicide application
* Litter picking
* Using a PDA to plan, record and monitor service delivery
Leadership Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and guide on‑site teams to achieve high‑quality results
* Ensure daily and weekly productivity and quality targets are met
* Maintain all work to company/client specifications
* Communicate professionally with clients and residents
* Complete compliance paperwork and digital documentation
* Ensure safe working practices and correct PPE usage in line with Health & Safety legislation
Experience & Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ grounds maintenance experience (required)
* Previous team leader or supervisory experience
* Strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
