Customer Support & Booking Specialist

This role would suit someone with life experience, warmth, and excellent attention to detail. You don't need to know about cars — just how to make someone feel looked after.
What you'll be doing:
* Reaching out to customers by phone to remind them about upcoming services, MOTs, or recommended repairs
* Checking in after their visits to ensure everything went well and they're happy with the service
* Managing bookings and helping coordinate our service schedules across different locations
* Responding to online customer enquiries and messages
* Providing friendly advice about service intervals and routine maintenance (full training provided)
* Suggesting helpful extras like service plans when appropriate
* Keeping our systems updated and records accurate
What we're looking for:
* A natural communicator who enjoys helping people and making connections
* Someone with patience, understanding, and a genuine customer-first attitude
* Organised and reliable — you enjoy keeping things running smoothly
* Happy to pick up the phone and have a friendly chat with customers
* Comfortable using multiple systems and open to learning new tools
* A positive, down-to-earth team player
