Your role will be varied, hands-on and central to the success of the team. Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high-quality service at all times. Overseeing the full candidate journey, from application through to placement. Screening, assessing and shortlisting candidates to ensure suitability. Completing reference checks and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Managing daily schedules, availability and workforce planning. Attracting candidates through job board advertising and relevant media channels. Building and maintaining strong social networks to increase candidate reach.
