Salary: £68,586 – £87,651 per annum (Level 14‑24)

Start Date: 1 January 2027

Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Headteacher to lead our school with vision, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will inspire both staff and pupils to reach their full potential in a supportive and ambitious learning environment, drive continuous improvement and build positive relationships with parents, staff and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and set a clear vision for the school.
• Champion academic excellence and support the development of a high‑quality curriculum.
• Motivate and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Engage parents, pupils and the wider community to promote a positive school environment.
• Ensure safeguarding policies are fully implemented and adhered to.
• Represent the school at local and national forums.
