The EU Marketplace team is seeking a creative, dynamic, and experienced Principal Product Manager to join the PanEU team. The role involves driving an initiative to develop new cross-border capabilities, simplifying UK EU cross-border flows, and enhancing the cross-border selling experience post-Brexit. As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the product vision from ideation to implementation, collaborating with Tech, Operations, and Business partners, and leading this initiative as a single-threaded leader.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the strategy and execution of the Cross-Region Integrate Supply chain (CRIS) initiative, launching in 2025, overseeing Business, Tech, Supply Chain, and operational components, and collaborating with multiple tech teams.
2. Identify, prioritize, and communicate key areas for service and business improvements, focusing on cross-border Seller Experience (SX).
3. Deliver projects, features, processes, and systems to enhance the end-to-end cross-border journey for Amazon and Sellers, aiming for a simple FBA experience.
4. Develop business and technical requirements documents, ensuring clear communication and coordination with business and development teams.
5. Establish and monitor business goals, metrics, and indicators for success.

Third-Party Sellers are vital to Amazon’s vision of offering the world’s largest selection at the lowest prices with fast delivery. These Sellers provide a diverse inventory of hundreds of millions of products. Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) supports Sellers in delivering fast and efficient service, and they now constitute the majority of Amazon’s business.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Program and/or product management experience
* Data-driven decision-making skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience owning program or product strategy, end-to-end delivery, and presenting results to senior leadership
* Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of finance and supply chain management
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
