Teaching Assistants Required – Sunderland | Summer Term with September Continuation
Teaching Personnel is currently seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Newcastle, starting in the summer term with the opportunity to continue into September.
This is an excellent opportunity for committed and adaptable individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils both on a 1:1 basis and within the wider classroom environment.
The Role:
* Provide targeted 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
* Assist the class teacher with general classroom support
* Help create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
* Contribute to effective behaviour management strategies
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience working with children in a school or similar setting
* Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
* Be patient, proactive, and adaptable
* Have strong communication and teamwork skills
* Be committed to making a positive impact on pupils’ learning
