As a Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will manage and develop our nursing team, providing professional and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective care for babies and their families.
This role requires passionate, motivated, and experienced neonatal-trained nurses with excellent communication skills who wish to develop their clinical and leadership skills, delivering high-quality care to neonates and their families.

This position involves shift work, including night duties, and may occasionally require cross-cover for the Children's Ward.
