We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive high-impact change across a dynamic portfolio for a leading Financial Services organisation. This 12-month fixed-term role offers hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support work-life balance.
What You'll Do
* Lead business analysis across the full change lifecycle
* Define scope and produce high-level requirements documentation
* Model and improve business processes
* Ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivered solutions
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans
* Collaborate with architects and delivery teams
* Mentor junior analysts and champion best practice
What You'll Bring
* Strong process modelling expertise
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
* Ability to produce high-quality analysis artefacts
* Experience working in complex, matrix organisations
