Fostering Recruitment and Retention Team
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member to recruit and support foster carers in our community. If you are an experienced fostering social worker with excellent communication skills, empathy, and a drive to help build safe, loving homes for children, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and support foster carers, ensuring recruitment processes meet safeguarding standards and community needs.
Qualifications
Experienced fostering social worker with excellent communication and empathy. Must be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding children and support fairly.
