We are working on an exciting new role with a Main Car Dealership in the Eastbourne area of East Sussex.
My client is actively looking for a Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and busy team.
No automotive experience necessary – this is a great role for someone who wants to start in the motor trade. Full training will be provided, but strong organisational skills, a friendly manner, and a strong customer service background are essential.
Job Role – Motor Vehicle Customer Service Advisor
Salary – Minimum Wage + bonus
Trainee Customer Service Advisor Duties include:
* Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional manner
* Advising on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken
* Selling additional products as appropriate to customers’ needs
* Advising on timescales and collection arrangements
* Producing job cards on in-house computer system
* Updating customer and vehicle records
* Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy
* Preparation and completion of invoices
For this Trainee Customer Service Advisor position, you will have:
* Previous experience within Customer Service is essential
* Enthusiastic and passionate about the motor trade
* Full driving licence
As a Trainee Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
My client is looking for someone with strong customer service skills, excellent customer rapport, and the ability to deliver great CSI results, along with confidence in up-selling opportunities.
