Location: Long Marston
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (with an hour lunch)
Salary: £13.20 per hour – with weekly pay
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk working under the Accounts Payable Team, your main responsibilities will include:
Accurate processing and electronic scanning of invoices against site purchase orders
Accurate processing of high-volume scrap and haulage supplier invoices, and providing supplier reconciliation where required
Process multiple currency invoices
Review debit balances
General office administration responsibilities such as respond to internal and external emails and telephone queries promptly, professionally, and accurately
Support for setup of supplier accounts with associated compliance checks when required
Bank reconciliations and cash handling, with support for daily and weekly payment runs
Assisting with HMRC, Internal and External audit requests, and additionally ensuring all company SOPs are being adhered to
