Our Business Management Graduate Programme is designed to promote personal and professional growth of new associates into our business. The programme is a -month rotational programme where graduates get the opportunity to work and gain valuable insight into our business. The programme will consist of four 6-month rotations within our Finance, Global Marketing, Project Management and Data Analytics departments. In addition to the rotations all graduates will be further developed through a customised training programme and be supported by a mentor and rotational manager.
Key Duties:
1. Support preparation & review of budget and forecasts for P&L, cashflow & capex
2. Work on J-SOX control implementation & monitoring compliance
3. Facilitate statutory reporting preparation, such as gathering schedules, reconciliations, and audit evidence for year‑end
4. Prepare cash flow analysis, assessing drivers of cash inflow/outflow
5. Assist in the creation and update of marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, and digital materials) in collaboration with upstream and regional teams
6. Support the preparation and coordination of international congresses, industry events, and customer engagement activities
7. Contribute to the preparation of promotional content used across events, campaigns, and digital platforms
8. Contribute to the development of digital content for website and social media channels
9. Assist in collecting market insights, competitor activities, and campaign performance data to support marketing strategy
10. Assist with post-event and campaign reporting to evaluate impact and identify improvement opportunities
11. Create project schedules using MS Project or Planner.
12. Support risk and issue tracking
13. Assist & shadow Project Managers with reporting and meeting preparation.
14. Support budgeting & cost management activities
15. Assist with stakeholder management at all phases of project plan
16. Develop business case’s when required for relevant projects
17. Map business processes clearly to understand workflow and improvement opportunities
18. Create and interpret data flow diagrams to visualise how information moves through systems.
19. Visualise data effectively and identify meaningful use cases that support decision‑making
20. Apply practical data analysis techniques to solve real problems
21. Understand organisational change principles, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessments.
22. Support creation of communications, training material, and change impact assessments.
23. Participate in change governance and adoption activities.
24. Draft comms and support training sessions.
25. Assist in producing change impact reports.
26. Track adoption metrics and user sentiment insights.
Education & Experience
27. Relevant degree in Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or Data Analytics
28. Strong analytical skills.
29. Ability to work on own initiative. Can take a problem, analyze it and put an action plan in place.
30. Strong computer skills.
