As a Rehabilitation Support Worker your role will include:
* Supporting a male client with mobility, community access and social activities
* Assisting with rehabilitation goals and therapy programmes set by physiotherapists
* Prompting and assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
* Administering medication
* Encouraging engagement in local activities such as Headway, Bingo, Warm Hub and family visits
* Working in the client’s home and out in the local Barrow community
What we’re looking for in a Rehabilitation Support Worker
* Previous experience in a support worker role
* NVQ / Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent experience)
* Full UK driving licence – essential
