Born from humble beginnings in the vibrant markets of East London, we've grown into a global brand that celebrates diversity and empowers women to embrace their unique style. Our team is driven by creativity, passion, and a commitment to making a positive impact, designing versatile pieces that inspire confidence and joy in everyday life. This stems from our head office, a collaborative team of 30 talented individuals who are at the heart of our business as we continue to scale and deliver on our ambitious growth strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As
Wholesale Logistics Manager
you will take the reins of our seasonal order flow and day-to-day logistics. This role is all about making sure our amazing wholesale partners get the right product, at the right time, with the smoothest journey possible. You'll be the bridge between our warehouse, internal teams, and global stockists — keeping everything running like clockwork while spotting opportunities to make it even better.
YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
·
Be the go-to connector
between wholesale partners and our in-house teams (sales, production, finance, warehouse), making sure communication is clear and quick, and that any delivery issues are managed with ease.
·
Lead on all wholesale logistics activity
— alongside Wholesale Operations Lead you will be planning, coordinating, and ensuring deliveries to customers are cost-effective, on-time with full ownership of documentation.
·
Manage
end to end order critical path - from Mintsoft flow from PO data upload, allocation, splitting orders, booking in deliveries through partner portals, managing collections and delivery into DC.
·
Keep us compliant and efficient
by managing all shipping paperwork, timelines, and risk — and driving process improvements wherever possible.
·
Track and report on performance
— from logistics costs to warehouse charges to delivery KPIs — while always looking for smarter, more sustainable ways to work.
·
Be the problem-solver
when issues pop up, handling challenges with speed, clarity, and diplomacy.
·
Own wholesale system accuracy
across pricing, terms, and inventory — so our partners can trust every detail.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· –5 years' wholesale logistics experience (fashion or luxury preferred).
· Proficient User of Mintsoft preferable or another ERP system.
· Solid understanding of INCOTERMS and the risks/responsibilities that come with them.
· A deep knowledge of the fashion wholesale calendar and how operations flow across the year.
· Super-organised, detail-focused, and great at managing time.
· Confident with data, Excel, and using insights to improve processes.
· Experience with premium/multi-brand retailers within the fashion industry.
· A proactive communicator who thrives on cross-team collaboration and solution-driven thinking.
· Resilient, adaptable, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
