Support Worker – Respite Service – £12.60 p/h + Benefits – Lincolnshire, LN6 8UZ
The Role
Could you bring patience, empathy and adaptability to a role that supports adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs? Are you ready to make a difference in a service that gives families the chance to rest and recharge?
Making Space is a national charity with a mission to support people in leading fulfilling lives. We're now looking for a full-time Support Worker to join our team at Swallow Lodge in Lincoln — a dedicated respite service offering planned and emergency short breaks.
You'll provide person-centred care and support to adults with a range of complex needs. Working in a warm, homely setting, you'll help maintain daily routines and ensure every individual feels safe, supported and valued. You'll be part of a committed and experienced team, working 35 hours a week.
You don't need care experience to apply – just the right values and attitude. We'll support you with training from day one. If you're calm under pressure, respectful, and committed to helping others live fulfilling lives, we want to hear from you.
If this sounds like the right step for you, apply today and help us provide vital support to individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting individuals with personal care and medication
