Position Overview:

You will be the first point of contact for customers, whether over the phone or in person, providing expert advice and tailored solutions that meet their needs. Job Description:
* Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to new and existing customers, converting leads into sales.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to machine delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
* Host and engage walk-in customers at the retail store, offering product demonstrations and closing sales.
* Promote marketing campaigns, events, and special offers to drive customer interest and sales.
* Maintain accurate customer records and machine data in CRM systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Field Sales team to qualify leads and support wider sales efforts.
* Achieve call, lead generation and opportunity conversion targets
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales environment.
* Strong selling skills and a professional telephone manner.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for success.
* Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
