Supporting the Registered Nursing staff in the delivery of personal care and assistance for patients at The Hospital of St Cross, Rugby & University Hospital Coventry.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and assistance to patients under the guidance of Registered Nursing staff.
* Work flexibly across a range of shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
Requirements
* Health and social care qualification BTEC Level 2 or above, or experience in a person‑centred and public‑facing role.
* Demonstrated excellent communication skills with a caring and compassionate nature.
* Desire to help others and drive to develop a rewarding career.
* Must provide an immunisation and vaccination report from a UK occupational health provider or GP.
* Positions are for substantive staff only; bank positions are not being recruited.
