About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Trainee to join a growing accountancy practice team in Seaton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or progress a career in administration, with scope for development into a secretarial role. Previous experience is not essential — my client values a willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handling incoming and outgoing post (primarily electronic)
Answering and directing telephone calls
Scanning and filing documents
Maintaining and updating company databases
Assisting with basic accounts tasks (approx. 30% of role)
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
Training & Progression
70% of the role will focus on administration tasks, 30% on accounts support
Potential to progress into a secretarial position
Opportunity to work towards an administration qualification (fully supported by the company)
