Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in the East Riding from March 2026. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to inspiring students and delivering high-quality teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
1. Teach English language and literature to KS3 and KS4 pupils
2. Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that support student progress
3. Contribute to the wider school community and departmental responsibilities
4. Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
6. Experience teaching English in a secondary setting
7. Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
8. A passion for helping students achieve their full potential
9. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
