THE ROLE:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment Assisting with classroom preparation, resources, and activities Encouraging pupil participation and promoting positive behaviour
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 6 months experience working with children Experience can be voluntary, school-based, or from transferable roles (youth work, care, coaching, etc.) A passion for supporting children’s learning and development If you’re caring, reliable, and ready to make a difference in the classroom, we’d LOVE to hear from you!
