Customer Service Liaison & Issue Resolution
9. Act as the primary contact for customer service teams regarding order-related complaints, delays, and fulfillment issues.
10. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and 3PL partners as needed.

13. Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Neogen’s operational excellence goals.
14. Contribute to cross-functional projects designed to enhance order management and supply chain performance.
