Job Description
To direct and coordinate strategic projects across a contract or collection of contracts, including general operations, mobilisations, retention initiatives, and other contract-specific work. Maintain high standards of food service and overall performance while maximising efficiency and profitability.
Your key responsibilities as the Project Operations Manager will include:
1. Supporting site managers with the development of operational projects and addressing issues as needed.
2. Delivering financial targets for projects.
3. Ensuring compliance with finance, HR, EMS, and health and safety guidelines at each project.
4. Keeping projects on schedule with constructive support to clients and sites to meet expectations.
5. Taking accountability for operations or mobilisations where applicable.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours, Mon-Fri
Skills and Experience
The experience and knowledge we are seeking in a future Operations Manager include:
* Proven experience in site management with a track record of delivering exceptional food and service standards.
* Outstanding customer and client focus.
* Proven experience in managing a team effectively.
* Ability to adapt management style to motivate and get the best out of a team.
* Methodical approach with strong planning skills.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with clients, managers, head chefs, and teams.
* Attention to detail and financial acumen are essential.
* Knowledge of current trends in the food industry.
