Location: Milton Keynes + Hybrid
Salary: £28,600 + monthly commission
Autotech Group is looking for a creative Marketing Executive with a passion for design, visual storytelling, and brand development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life through compelling content, strong visuals, and multi-channel brand experiences.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and wider team to create impactful campaigns, develop digital and print assets, elevate our brand presence, and contribute to exciting projects across Autotech Recruit, Autotech Training, Autotech Academy and Autotech Connect.

Key Responsibilities
Creative & Visual Content (Primary Focus)
* Design engaging marketing assets — social graphics, ads, brochures, event visuals, email templates, and website banners.
* Develop on brand content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
* Create video content and short form edits for campaigns, social platforms, and events.
* Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and evolve our visual identity.
Campaign Delivery
* Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across web, email, and social media.
* Collaborate with the wider team to bring campaign ideas to life visually and creatively.
* Prepare campaign content and assets in line with briefs, deadlines, and channel requirements.
Brand & Event Support
* Produce visual materials for events, sponsorships, and client visits.
* Capture content at events and support onsite brand execution.
General Marketing Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns.
* Write and proofread copy for social posts, web updates, and marketing materials.
* Update website content and support landing page creation.
* Ensure all creative outputs meet accessibility, brand, and quality standards.

Essential
* 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing or design-focused role.
* Strong design skills using Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or similar) for both digital and print.
* Strong copywriting and communication skills.
* Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
* Experience creating assets for paid social or PPC campaigns.
Nice-to-Have
* Ability to create engaging video, motion graphics, or multimedia content.
* Experience of large format design.
* Understanding of UX/UI principles for web content.

Further details:
* 35 hours contractual, covering core operating hours Monday to Friday 0900-1700
* Occasional requirement to work outside of contractual hours
