A leading Tier 1 contractor who specialises in high spec commercial schemes valuing up to £400m are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join their business. This role will be a blend of operational and administration, with a great emphasis on operational support particularly resourcing & recruiting. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, with strong attention to detail, and preferably CIPD qualified. This is a fixed term contract basis for two years, ideally looking for someone for up to 35 hours per week. There is possibility of extending the contract depending on circumstance. Offering flexible working hours and a hybrid set up. ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES Responsible for managing HR operations effectively. Implementing the people & culture strategy to support the overall business plan. Understand the resourcing needs of the business and support recruitment activities proactively. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, welcoming them and providing the essential knowledge of the business. Ensure HR administration is completed accurately, in a timely manner and communicated to relevant individuals appropriately. Encouraging local recruitment drives honouring existing stakeholder agreements.
