Content Producer £40,000 - 50,000 base salary (salary assessment will be primarily based on experience). This role is UK-based (hybrid, London min: 3 times a week), with occasional travel to the US. Job Summary This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the coordination of all content across both Customer Success and Marketing teams, packaging content in a clear, simple format, and managing scheduling and posting across all relevant channels. About Travtus Travtus is transforming Multifamily real estate operations with AI-powered SaaS solutions. Our platform automates and enhances Multifamily building operations, boosting efficiency, staff retention and improving resident satisfaction with data-led decisions. We’re on a mission to modernise property operations with our everyday AI platform built for the Multifamily real estate industry. About the Role Travtus is seeking a dynamic and independently proactive Content Producer to join our growing team. This role is a hands-on production and coordination position that spans customer advocacy, product adoption and broader marketing activities. You will work closely with both Customer Success and Marketing teams, packaging content in a clear, simple format, and managing scheduling and posting across all relevant channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys content production, campaign support, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment. Responsibilities Produce and coordinate customer-facing collateral, including newsletters, decks, training guides, video edits, and case studies Collect customer quotes, soundbites, and success stories for use across training, the website, social media, and sales enablement materials Support social media management on LinkedIn, developing and scheduling engaging posts Assist with email campaigns, including content compilation, execution, and performance tracking Support the planning and coordination of customer-facing events and webinars Partner with Customer Success to identify advocates and surface insights that feed into marketing content Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer and marketing campaigns Requirements The successful applicant will be a natural problem-solver with the confidence and communication skills to challenge others and a hustle mentality to get things done. Must have requirements: Experience in B2B marketing Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms Strong written communication and flexibility Strong data fluency with the ability to use product usage data to craft successful narratives and inform engagement strategies Pro-active and energised personality, confident in managing corporate social media communications via social media and email marketing campaigns Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment (20-25 staff) Comfortable working in a small team (2-3) Nice to have requirements : Hands-on experience using HubSpot Experience coordinating or setting up events Experience with US-based customers Technology sector experience Basic video editing or design skills Event coordination experience About the Team We are a dedicated team, working in a truly collaborative style, where everyone is heard and brings something valuable to the conversation.
