About the role
As a Regional Sales Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to strengthen our business with a unique Film/TV industry.
You will identify and develop new business opportunities and grow the sales revenue in HVAC Rentals by specifying, quoting, and hiring of temperature control rental solutions. Equipment solutions consisting of Chillers, Boilers, Air Handling Units, DX Split Systems, electric/diesel heating, and temporary power/distribution.
Your goal will be working in conjunction with the current regional sales team to increase our market share and presence in the region.

Requirements
We are looking for people who have technical knowledge of Air Conditioning and heating systems and want to develop their careers in sales.

As a minimum you must have:
* Technical knowledge of Air Conditioning and Heating Systems – primary kit Chillers, Boilers
* Strong sales background in HVAC/Rental sector
* Knowledge/Background in HVACR industry
* UK Driving Licence
* IT Literate with MS Office skills

As a Regional Sales Manager you’ll be responsible for:
* Targeting and identifying new/potential regional customers
* Achieving sales targets and developing new direct business
* Offering guidance and solutions to our customers for our full product range and application of our products
* Obtaining/developing industry knowledge for the market sector, to maximize opportunities
* Promoting all Carrier Rental Systems USP’s Prepare a weekly/monthly update report charting customer progress and highlight new business to your line manager
* Ensuring regular customer contact
* Securing specification, secure orders, and develop enquiries
* Accurate and up-to-date Reporting (CRM Package) & Administration
* Satisfying customer requirements
* Collecting and reporting industry knowledge and competitor analysis
* Ensuring adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures
* Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures
* Completing quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)
* Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk
