Position: Childminder Assistant- Full-Time (4 day week- Monday-Thursday 7.30am-5.30pm), Term Time only could be considered.
Location: Rudds Lane, Haddenham.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications are not essential for this role. However experience with SEN is preferred.

Role Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Childminding Assistant to join our friendly team. You will play a key role in supporting the development of children through engaging activities, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Monitor and record children's progress, sharing updates with parents/careers
Support the development of social, emotional, and communication skills
Work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain positive relationships with families
Requirements:
Preferred but not essential:
Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
Essential:
A Full UK driving License
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Be prepared to sing, read the same stories again and again, eat an ice-cream at the park, fly to the moon, love a bit of sparkle, make magic potions, drink endless cups of pretend tea, enjoy finding the Gruffalo or the 3 bears in the woods and have lots of fun all day

This position is exempt from the rehabilitation of offenders Act 1974. A DBS check will be carried out along with suitability checks by Ofsted and Hoppers of Dinton Pre-school.
