Great customer service and a bubbly personality is a must The role: Meeting and greeting customers and clients Answering incoming phone calls and emails Managing multiple inboxes General administration duties Ensure all administration is complete and accurate and that the in-house database is updated consistently What youll need to succeed: Strong MS office skills A passion for excellent customer service Great communication skills at all levels Be a team player Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
