About this Position: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Paint Technician to join the press fleet management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards across a fleet of premium vehicles. Repairs will range from detailing and smart spot repairs through to full rebuild resprays. This role is based onsite in Woking, with access to a spray booth and all necessary tools. Job Responsibilities: * Carry out paint repairs unsupervised to a high standard. * Manage own workload, planning and tracking progress effectively. * Control paint and consumable accounts against set budgets. * Provide accurate quotes, estimates and job hours reporting. * Ensure all equipment and tools are maintained and serviced. * Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. * Always follow safe working practices and use the correct PPE. * Uphold company values and culture through professionalism, housekeeping, and appearance.
